2020 HCCA Membership Meetings are on the third Wednesday of each month (except November and December) from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. We normally meet in the first floor conference room of MedStar Health, but COVID-19 restrictions have moved us elsewhere.
Next Meeting: Wednesday, September 16, 6-8 p.m. Meet in the Ewing Street Parking Lot of Rockfield Manor. (From Main St in Bel Air, go east on Rt 22. Make a right onto Ewing Street. Ewing ends at the park parking lot.) We’ll be outdoors for the whole meeting. Bring a mask. Speaker: Veronica Cassilly, Harmony Church Farm, on Caring for Forests. Learn how to identify characteristics of healthy versus unhealthy forests, invasive species, etc. We’ll also see the proposed “Regenerative Farming Pollinator Garden Project.” Business meeting will follow. Rain date: September 23.
Saturday, Sept 12, 9:30 a.m.-10:45 a.m.: Adopt-a-Road Clean-Up. Meet at the parking lot of Southampton Middle School at 1200 Moores Mill Road. Bring gloves.
