2019 HCCA Membership Meetings are on the third Wednesday of each month (except November and December) from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. at 12 Medstar Blvd, Bel Air, MD. We meet in the first floor conference room of MedStar Health.

Wednesday, November 6 @ 7 p.m.: Maryland Department of the Environment will be holding a public hearing regarding the Wetlands and Waterways Permit that must be obtained for Abingdon Business Park to be built. Plans will be available for review starting at 6:30 p.m. Sign up to speak at 6:30 p.m. RALLY from 6-6:30 p.m. Wear BLUE to show your opposition to this development. Location: Edgewood High School at 2415 Willoughby Beach Road, Edgewood, MD. Plan your testimony now! We need your voice!
